SWAT Volunteers:

Now that we have a more definite time line please review the following volunteer times.
There is NO change for the volunteer times on Friday .Please look at the Sign Up Genius for times.
SATURDAY AM stays the same as well. Including AM clean up

SATURDAY PM: Admissions, Concessions, Hospitality, Volunteer table  Need to Be there by 12:30 PM
TIMERS,  Runners and Result Runners need to be there by 1:30 . There will be a timers mtg about 45 min prior to the start of the meet.

Sunday AM stays the same as written on the sign up genius with the exception of the Clean up Crew. Cleanup Crew needs to be there by 11:30 AM
Sunday PM :Admissions, Concessions, Hospitality, and Volunteer table need to be there by 1:00PM
Tim ers, Runners and Result runners need to be there at 1:45pm . Tim ers Mtg about 45 min prior to the start of the meet.
Clean up Crew on Sunday PM needs to be there by 5:00 PM

The meet is a Western theme so feel free to wear your  western gear if you have it. Cowboy Hats, bandannas etc.

Thanks to all of the Families That have put in so much already for our State Meet. I am sure it will be just as great as last year. Please remember to have Fun with the Kids, that is truly what it is all about!
